New thing for me

Hey all ya'll how is things going...

its been a bit since I really posted but you know it happens... I will be in Alabama in oct again.

but anyway what I really want to say is that I started a diet and workout thing that I am gonna try to keep up to date on here.... but I have been doing it now for 2 weeks and have currently lost 20 pounds doing it YIPEE!!! my goal weight is 220-225 OR I could deal with several pant sizes smaller... also I have been going to the gym every day for an hour and half walking and working out there its been hard but I can see my arms getting more toned and my legs much more defined I figure those will be the first places I lose my weight and then after awhile I am hoping to start to loose my beautiful belly.... but for right now I am planing on doing this for 7 months and if after that time I am still not where I should be to be healty I figure I'll just keep it up, but anyway any encourgement is always good. it actually hasn't been that bad and I weigh myself on thursdays so hopefully at the end of this I'll be able to stay on some kind of maintenece thing so that I don't get back up to where I am....

but anyway to any of you that read this please leave a post would love to hear from you

Yo man.. congrats.. 20 lbs. is pretty good start!! cool.. I lost a bit of weight when I was walking to Uni all the time, but since I left, I have put it all back on.. Yeah.. it happens...

hey, you going to be at Home coming at Harding???/ I hope to be there.. if so, don't give me no diet crap.. we are going to LOS!!!
